Live Work
See what an answer is doing while you wait.
From the moment you press Send, Live Work lists the steps an answer is taking, such as searching the web or reading a file, and how long it thought. Where it is available, it also shows a short summary of the reasoning.
How to use it
- Send a message and watch the steps appear as they happen.
- After the answer, open the steps to see what it did.
What you control
- Live Work can be turned off on a device in Settings.
Where it stops
- It describes the steps an answer took. It is not a transcript of private reasoning.
- A summary of the reasoning appears only where it is available.
